  • have not paid child support or alimony payments

  • missed, made late payments, or failed to pay back the immigration loan
  • have fail to meet the sponsorship terms for the previously sponsored family member
  • have been convict of a violent crime or offense against a family member or relative

How much does Family Sponsorship costs?

If you plan on moving to CA from India with your spouse – and they have dependent children, or if you are sponsoring your dependent children, a $150 payment will be require for each child inclue in the application.
